Whether it’s where I live, where I’m from, or where I travel, local is a concept I carry with me wherever I go.
Even if you’re outside of Central/Upstate New York, when you support businesses that support their local communities, you are:
1) supporting people (not corporatons)
2) leaving a smaller environmental footprint
3) keeping money “close to the ground.”

If you see me, be sure to come say, “hi!” While I have a long range of Upstate/Central New York I’m found a few times a month at Wildflowers on Salina or at the Salt City Market outpost. I am loving yoga classes at Blue Moon in Liverpool (come to a class with me!) and my “3rd space” these days is Salt City Market:)
